I'm having trouble shooting down any jamming target over Hanoi, I have no problem shooting down jamming drones at Asuluk. My missiles simply disappear 3/4 of way before target. Any idea what might be the reason behind it?

There is not a SAM complex between those which are simulated here, which is capable to bring down SR-71 when it receiding from the battery position...

You can calculate any 'missing' data from the table (and obtain an 0.1 degree resolution data if desired) using:

Arcsin(Height/Range) with both range and height in km.
