Yes, Rock and Roll Machine was actually their 2nd release in Canada, with the first being In the Beginning. the R&RM normally found in the states is comprised of songs from both Canadian albums.

Sorry to hear that Jim, 14 is a difficult time, trying to fit in to be liked or accepted by your peers, girls etc..I would say that probably the best thing to do is find common ground, relate your own experiences at the same age and express your feelings as a parent, and if your Dad is still living ask him what he thought when you were at that age. I know someone who once asked his Father "how did you deal with raising us without killing yourself?" His Father said "wrong, how did I do it without killing you"
