One Newbie Question:
How do I install TrackIR (1 without Vector expansion) in CFS 3?

You can't I think if you mean TrackIR version 1

You need TrackIR 3 or 4 preferably. I think TrackIR 2 can work if you find a prog called TIR Attack.
