milang: the fact your missile exploded 2km far means the only and very simple thing
you have error in target height or distance value
V760-15D is detonated by K3 command and that means this command is sent when the SNR-75 THINKS the missile is at the target's position. And because you are shooting at a jamming target, you do not know its distance precisely :-)

but look at my first after action report! my missile explode on 1.4 KM from s-71 is not good yet???
ofcourse i set my altitude and distance manualy ! i belive to my setting !
but i guess one thing we forget !
sr-71 could fly with around 3 mach on air ... so this is not logical sa-2E missile can crack down it in normal situation!
