Pretty much. I got a month of Crave so we could finish Silicon Valley, Homeland and Game of Thrones. Tried giving WestWorld another crack after having seen seaon 1 years ago. Stopped watching after two episodes of season 2.

Just do what the vast majority of people do. Sign up, binge the entire series in a few days and then cancel. It's only one season right now with 9 episodes. There is a 7 day free. I think I can.

In fact, the viewership declined significantly during season 2 so you're not the only one who lost interest by a long shot!

I'm halfway through the third, and final, season of Penny Dreadful. If you like stories about demons, vampires, wolfmen.....etc, this is a good one. It must have cost a small fortune to produce. The acting is top notch, and Eva Green, who plays the main character named Vanessa Ives, should have reieved an Emmy for a terrific sceance sequence.

The original show was not cancelled by the network. The show's creator ended it after 3 seasons because he said he was simply done telling the story he wanted to tell. It was strictly creative reasons, not financial.

Belatedly watching the recent series, 'WestWorld'
Good grief, there is an awful lot of soul-searching going on....a way to pad out each episode so as to run to many series which seems to be the penchant for bottom-line driven U.S. production companies.
Westworld wasn't just bad padding, but after season 1, was horrible writing. You could literally watch only the first and last episode of season 2 and not miss anything important. Season 3 was a mixed bag. I have one episode left, but everyone was raving over episode 7, but frankly I don't see what all the hype was about? I'm not a fan of forced action, or actors shooting guns without even trying to act like there is recoil, all all. Underwhelmed. And I have put off watching the last episode because it is 1.5 hours long and I'm afraid I might fall asleep, same as I did last weekend watching Mission Impossible 4. What a boring, pointless movie.

The two post ending credit sequences really make watching the finale worth it IMHO.

I liked Westworld Season 1. Season 2 just kept dragging. Season 3 was a letdown. I will not be watching Season 4 if there is one if one of the characters will not be returning.

I will not be watching Season 4 if there is one if one of the characters will not be returning. Season 4 was already green-lit by HBO so it is happening. It just won't be coming out any time soon. As for the character you speak of, that character WILL be back. It's just that one certain version of that character is permanently gone.

Bit of binge watching the series Ray Donovan..I like the guy who plays him a no B.S. kind of guy..Nothing better to do with this virus thing,,I'm 71 and only go to the grocery store at 6 AM and staying close to home It's giving me a break from simming/gaming ..Can anyone recommend any other HBO/Showtime series to watch ??
