I also finished Westworld. That WAS worth watching.
I knew you would like it. The show started off slow but the last 3 episodes were really great and some of those plot twists were really shocking.

Some of these later episodes are a bit hit or miss. I hate to say it but it's getting near the end now unless they get some new writers or whatever they need to do to refresh the show. I consoled myself last night by watching some 'best of' clips from earlier seasons of TBBT last night on YT. The dinner date scene where Emily is introduced to Howard and she remembers who it was who blocked her toilet had me in stitches. Lol, that was a great scene. The conflict stories between Leonard and Penny this season have not been funny at all. The hook in Episode 13 regarding them needing a relationship agreement was completely off the mark for those two characters. Wheels

Wheels One of my favorite episodes was when Sheldon got an assistant who turned out to have the hots for Leonard. Poor Leonard hadn't a clue she was hitting on him hard. Maybe he wouldn't have gone back to Penny if they started dating. I know I wouldn't. She was played by the same woman who is the wheel chair stricken wife of Timothy McGee in NCIS.

Went to see SPLIT. M. Night Shyamalan is back with another movie that I think rivals The 6th Sence and Unbreakable.
James McAvoy's performance was incredible.

Went to see SPLIT. M. Night Shyamalan is back with another movie that I think rivals The 6th Sence and Unbreakable.
James McAvoy's performance was incredible. I may go see it this weekend. The film has received rave reviews.

Sherlock with Benedict Cumberbatch. Season 4 ep. 3.
The writing on this show continues to astound me with it's complex characters and woven plot lines. I'm convinced I am not a fan of Steven Moffat's writing style anymore. Everything feels forced in order to create a false sense of complexity. And as in many of his shows, nothing that happens in one episode has any consequence in the next. I will not spoil this season for those that want to watch... but for the past seasons: Sherlock is "killed" but next episode he is fine and all was "planned". In another, Sherlock shoots and kills guy in front of witnesses... he is almost immediately pardoned. The reason why he was pardoned turned out to be, again, made to be believed to be something really big that did not pay off at all this season. I liked episode 2 of this season, but not as much as the first two episodes of the series, which were truly brilliant. The finale was one of the worst written TV episodes I have ever seen... especially for a realistic fiction show. Just a paycheck for B. Cumberbatch and M. Freeman for sure. Believe me, I do not say any of the above with any joy. This show had enormous potential.

Maybe he wouldn't have gone back to Penny if they started dating. I know I wouldn't. She was played by the same woman who is the wheel chair stricken wife of Timothy McGee in NCIS. Thanks, I kept trying to figure out where I had seen her. The wheelchair kept throwing me off. Kaley is still cute but time is not treating her all that well plus her character development as Penny the past couple of seasons has been directed more towards the negative side of things and it has not been all that funny to me. Re-watching The Expanse before I hit season 2. It's just as good second time around.
If you watch Jaws backwards, it's a heart warming story about a shark that spits out so many people that they have to open a beach.

Re-watching The Expanse before I hit season 2. It's just as good second time around. It sure is, and S2E1 picks it up right where it left off. Seamless. Going to watch it again tonight with fewer distractions, turning off my phone.

Spam isn't the worst thing I've eaten  The Big Bang Theory Series 10 Episode 14. The last 2 episodes,meh. As an avid BBT fan even I can see they have run out of ideas. I think I laughed once.

I TRIED to watch the new Ghostbusters film that came out last year.
There are TWO major problems with it,
1. It is painfully unfunny.
2. There is ZERO chemistry between the four female leads.
The movie just simply didn't work.
