I was glued to the TV when it was first on and got the DVD a few years ago so I could see the last episode which I never seen due to problems with the BBC broadcast.

Alas, the one I'm thinking of I viewed about half
a decade before that one was made, and it was old
then.

I watched the animated dreamworks movie Megamind last night. It was enjoyable for a children's movie. I'd say just above average as far as animated films go.

Fury. Was good for a rental, but I can imagine some of the battle scenes would have looked better on the big screen.

Expendables 3.

Meh.

Only good bits were the blatant references to the actors' past film, like Arnold's "Get to the choppa!"

good movie, had my GF watch it. She has no kids and has missed out on so many good animated movies.

GF picked up The Good Lie with Reese Witherspoon, really good movie. Much better than The Wild.

I loved the original but never saw the prequel and never will.

"The Bone Collector" starring Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie. It's a pretty taut and compelling crime mystery.

Wow, I saw that in the theater a long time ago. I liked it well enough, nowadays it would be something I'd get from Netflix.

Royal Caribbean shows some really old movies on the cabin TV's! I'm sure they show them because the licensing is cheap.

IFC, Independent Film Channel, is playing The Bone Collector as I type this. They play uncut movies, albeit with commercials.

Don't bother with that movie Ouija. I have been watching it for almost 5 days now and I just can't watch more than 3-5 min of it each time. It just won't hold my attention. Horribly written and over-hyped, just like Oculus was! UGH! Ok! Gonna go watch the next 3-5 min of it and in another 3 weeks I may finally see the end of it.

Isn't that the horror movie with teenage actors and geared for a "young adult" audience? That may explain your distaste!

Has anyone caught The Imitation Game ? Was wondering if its worth a trip to the theater.

It's rated PG-13.

I never put too much faith in a horror movie rated PG-13 and PG.

Poltergeist managed it, but it's a rare gem.

I watched B5's War Without End pts 1 and 2. That was some great TV right there.

I finally finished Ouija.

I just read on the internet that the entire 2nd 50% of the movie was reshot.

Here's a French Trailer for it and I can tell you 1/2 of the scenes in that trailer were not in the movie I watched.

I was watching Gone Girl.

It was interesting until (and if you have already seen it you know what I am talking about) the revelation about half way into the movie and I said okay, I am done with this movie.

There is no way and no how because of all the plot holes so far!
