Crew, can you be specific about control changes? Any new axis/buttons that are necessary? I made myself an Excel spreadsheet before so I can rebuild off that. Here's my profile in Excel: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B647Jr6nZO9sLWM1LXE4a1IzNTQ/edit?usp=sharingAnything marked as "off state" is just that - the switch's off position and therefore cannot be assigned. A-10C uses these by basically saying "not the other one/two".

Well, the S key to Nose Steering for sure. I have had to re-do mine (like Eno said, for this v128), plus adding in the new rotary. I try to keep the same mappings as the A-10C for things like NVG commands, zoom and cockpit views -- these are all secondary switch functions with the Paddle as Modifier. I'm using the TMS for target lock/unlock and padlock/unlock (but this isn't working maybe I need to open the options). DMS for waypoint and kneeboard control. The autopilot keys are down to three(?) now, but they are still a PIA to deal with. I want to say it is HomeFries who has ideas on how to use the center position on the throttle switches to work for the F-15C. After all, they work in the A-10C. But I've read some of what the guys talk about re this topic and it is over my head. Then there all of the radar modes that I'm still using the KB for. Not a great answer ^^^ but you are going to have to go through it all again, and there are a lot of available controls in the F-15C list. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=89226http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=122479&highlight=diff.luaWC

Okay well I just re-setup everything. (I think, but we usually forget something - and yes, I remembered my EJECT button! ) - F15C (done, test required) - A10C (done) I saved my profiles aswell with the new .diff.lua so hopefully that works in the future! My next question: Is there a way to adjust the centered/default viewpoint of the A-10C? (press Numpad 5 then Numpad Enter) - I'd like to tilt mine up and zoom it back some to have a more realistic eyepoint that I can quickly default too rather then the "down at the dash" view.

Go look up the realistic neck mod on the ed forums. Changing the default head position won't be far off.

I know not everyone is into mods but I stumbled into this one from snoopy and it is pretty slick on the mavs. Thought I'd pass it on.

Good news, I can now drop bombs blindly through the clouds and hit WC's laser. That was fun Crew. Let's do it again!

Yes, that is neat stuff.
It was in Witches Hollo. I found a ridge to hide behind from the Sagger missiles, that had a line view to the main objective. I kept the laser on the target while BEANS made 10-12K altitude passes to avoid the Iglas.
BEANS entered my target coords from my laser designation; we were both on freq 1688. We decided the best approach was for BEANS to come in on the same heading that I was pointing along. I kept the laser on the whole time, and for every drop BEANS made like that we had good hits.
At first, BEANS tried blindly dropping a GBU-12 in CCIP at the Bullseye -- but that was apparently too far off the mark for the GBU to pick up my laser and guide to it.

Snoopy... you have given me a new reason to play! I will also add that I was able to join the server with the new integrity check settings implemented on the firehouse. The firehouse is still tentatively on-off... but if you see it online feel free to join.

Hey folks -- last w/e a few folks couldn't connect to the servers because of a stricter file integrity check. These folks were running the v128 Beta
Hollo Pointe will use the new integrity check list of files/folders to ensure against players joining with unauthorized combinations of aircraft types/skins/weapons/etc.
Earlier in the week, this stricter integrity check was backed out of Hollo Pointe, but it is back in place. If you are running a Beta version, please update to the Release.

I'm not sure when that update came out but if you haven't "update DCSW" in the last 24 hours there is an update file waiting!
Firehouse has been updated.
Already found my first bug... but it shouldn't affect the mission I posted except to dampen some of the ambiance.

Geez, I'm only getting 10-40 KB/s update rate on both client and server machines/networks.
43 MBytes for the server and 187.1 MBytes for my flying machine -- this will take a while.

Had a great night on the firehouse last night. A few crashes unfortunately but Ajax from the ed forums has touched up the mist 3.3 file for me to test. It should also resolve issues with a few other missions like pop goes the wartweasel and eastbound and down.
You might see these missions and other former favorites this weekend
Still had the sling load crash but crowley I was going to ask- what network settings are you using? Trying to rule things oUT.

BRAVO TO THRUSTMASTER!
I've asked a few of you if you were the one I was talking to about the stick getting loose and tilting to the right ever so slightly. Looking over on the ED forums I'd seen some others who had this issue as well and for the most part relented to dead zoning out that area.
I wasn't really ready to accept that so I wrote an email to TM support. I explained the problem to them and to my chagrin their initial response wasn't really my favourite- to the tune of do a diagnostic in Windows Control Panel... I said this was 100% mechanical in nature and that template response wasn't really what I expect from a company I bought a 500+ dollar stick from. I said that somewhat politely (read: I was bordering on a teensie bit ignorant)
The next response was much better- and they provided me a step by step instruction to disassembling the stick and what to look for. There is a rubber gasket that should have been underneath the pressure ring but it had worked itself to the top somehow. I moved it back where it belonged, moved some of the lubricant around a bit and put it back together. The stick is like brand new.
Some folks take out the spring and do some additional modification to it but I liked it the way it felt right out of the box. Other people take it one step further and take the entire pivot ball assembly off and polish it down to reapply a different type of lube... I had it in the back of my mind but taking out the pins that hold the assembly in place were a bit farther than I wanted to go.
Anyway- If anyone is having issues with their TM and find that it has worked its way loose then let me know and I'll pass on the same document they forwarded to me.

Hey! That was me! We were talking about how demanding is to fly the Huey with the Warthog. And that I had a funny feeling from the stick. It feels like the center zone is getting loose forward (pushing down the nose).
Also you suggested to move the four springs from underneath a certain plate to above.
Speaking of which... tonight I wanted to do some housekeeping works on Benny. I have to connect a secondary HDD...
May be worth to work on this too... Eno, do you maybe remember where to find that procedure?
