The Legend of Hercules (2014)http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1043726/This movie is definitely a Legend, alright! Legendary trashy cheap copycat of Gladiator and 300 and Conan and every cheesy B-Movie 80's Conan knockoffs. Predictable, Cliche Ridden, Bad Acting, Poor Dialogue, Sloppy CGI (makes you wonder where the $70 Million budget went) and a very poor casting choice for the lead role (starring one of those confused Bi-Curious but pretend to be straight dudes so the girls can squeal and swoon and scream over them actors from the idiotic Twilight series) makes you wonder how much deeper into the "Hey! Your Directing career was over a long time ago, give it up gutter" can has-been director Renny Harlin fall. 1/5  Thats fair - seen so many films like this - just plug in different actors and a different title. I thought the set was good. Saw Divergent - another Sci Fi young adult film like the Hunger Games - set in the future after a massive war - also based on novels (also has 2 sequels coming). Some good action but aimed really at the teens to lap up some of the stuff you are looking at. 3/5

Goodfellas = good movie.
Capt America = would be a great popcorn movie if popcorn wasn't so insultingly expensive these days.

That is one of my top 3 favorite Scorcese films of all time. The other two being "Raging Bull" and "Taxi Driver".

There's only a very few number of movies I'll watch once it's started and I missed the beginning. Goodfellas is one of those that no matter where in the movie I come in I'll watch it till the end.

I watched Sum of all Fears this week, not sure why I didn't remember that Ben Affleck was playing Jack Ryan and Bridget Moynahan was Kathy, Jack's future wife.
JM, saw 2 Guns this week, pretty good. Worth watching.

I watched Sum of all Fears this week, not sure why I didn't remember that Ben Affleck was playing Jack Ryan and Bridget Moynahan was Kathy, Jack's future wife.
Maybe you didn't remember because of the completely forgettable performance by Ben Affleck as Ryan? The entire movie was a dud anyway.

JM, saw 2 Guns this week, pretty good. Worth watching.
Yeah, nothing ground breaking, it retreads familiar ground but is entertaining nonetheless. Paxton had to have had a blast making it.  I saw Riddick finally. Much better than I was afraid it was going to be. It lacked the originality of Pitch Black (since it's a sequel that's unavoidable) but it did well nonetheless. The Jedi Master

Almost all great directors have made at least a couple of forgettable films in their career.
Just 4 years after that film, Kubrick made "Paths of Glory" so he learned his craft quickly.

Doesn't count as a TV or movie, but I went to go see a production of SPAMALOT. Wasn't bad at all. Patsy was the highlight character for me.
