Very impressive pits guys!
@Eno: As to us finishing Eastbound and Down the guys in the Hawgs and SU-25T's did a bloody good job of getting bombs on target. They would have got the job done without me there. It's actually quite interesting being on the ground watching the planes smack targets with guns, rockets, bombs and missiles!

I think it's a pretty well balanced mission overall... though I may need to turn it up a notch. I've actually tried to set that one up so that the Abbies win most of the time. Thing is, it's tough to balance out the forces with stability...
I noticed that E-Day crashed last night... anyone see what happened?

Go for Molasses: Re Su25T I copied this off the DCS forums... Good info on Launch O distances and a very interesting tactic. From eXPeRT: "The laser itself extends to 12km, plus or minus, depending on conditions. You can override launch permission of Vikhr-M up to 13km. Kh-25ML up to 20km and 29L up to 20km. Because the missile actually never goes farther than 10km away from the launch aircraft, it's always within the laser range. And even the laser is lost, the 25ML will keep going to the last position with some approximation, for which wind could be a factor as well. Vikhr-M requires a laser beam to travel along however, but that allows you to extend its range by flying fast and high and overriding. You can point down at 12-13km from 5000m @ 600-700km/hr, launch Vikhr-M, the laser will turn on automatically, then start pulling up slowly, never going under 4000m, and back to 5000m, and it will hit, very quickly, before you get to 8km range to launch on another target if needed, or evade safely. This works great against OSAs and Tunguskas and TORs even if out of ARMs and 25MLs. Dont be scared if they launch, yours will kill before theirs is half way. On 25A you can get 8km kills with ML/L. If the laser is blinking, cooling down, you can override it if needed with RShift OOO 3 times as with eject. Then dont forget to manually turn it off, or it will burn." http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=116525

Just lost Hollo Pointe a couple mins ago along with the SimHQ Ts3 server.
If SimHQ TS3 is down, feel free to use mine: IP/URL: tiburtius.dyndns.org Password: Warthog
It will be up in about 5 mins, have to do a quick update and reboot.

In the last two days I just noticed in the Mission Editor a little circle thingie in the lower right corner -- it kind of looks like a recycle symbol and it overlays the clock.
Anyone know what it is?

Do you throw the roller hockey pucks in the air to simulate your CBU's opening?

Crew... I'm using an Nvidia 770 4gb card. Average fps are 35 > 60 in DCS. The 3 monitors are Asus 27"x 1080 with 2ms btb. This was a gift to me, from me, after I got ride of the wife...

On another note- I'm going to need to put some of the campaign missions up for some shakeouts... so if guys want to go test drive then I'd appreciate it and some feedback.
Also- we keep having a crash on Wartweasel but I'm not seeing any feedback as to what was going on when it happened. Seems to happen when the busses are moving out- so I changed the type of busses it is and took away the mist function but still got a crash. not THE crash... but still a crash.
Anyway- just remember that the crashes are frustrating for us all (me included- even not being in the game) but it's all for nothing if I don't get some input on what was happening at the time.

Oh frack, had a great session going on Hollo Pointe with Gori Gap -- lots of players -- but the server crashed.
Big battles, loads of fun. Wesley was streaming it, too.

Hmmmm- did you notice the "fault module" by chance? Maybe it's one I'm having too and we can compare notes.

Stream is working, I just need to optimize the settings. I tend to try for higher quality the problem is that with DCS running I lose upload overhead. Stuck with MAX 3Mb/s up. So I may have to lower quality, likely bump down to 720p instead of 1080p - I will see. Testing will continue over the next few days.
At peak periods I may have to cut the stream - during intense battles and/or lots of players to maintain performance. In that event, I'll drop the stream but keep recording and upload highlights to Youtube.

When it crashed I was using F10 from the GC Red slot, watching some great air battles. Hope that wasn't the cause, but I am concerned. I'll get the log posted. There were ~17 or so Clients in when it happened. Wesley pointed out a Red A-10C loadout issue that I need to investigate.
