In hindsight, I should've slammed on the speedbrakes^^

Finally cleared Novo after 8 hrs runtime... CRASH! As I was in my ALT-" rearming it went all DCS Stopped working.... BAH!

Uh oh. Someone able to get it restarted? I'm still in transit.

I checked in and Eno's Firehouse looks to be running...

I sent Eno a chat. I'll check back in a few minutes.

Yep, heard your engines^^. Under normal circumstances I'd have fought it out, but if you'd been on SimHQ TS you'd have heard me saying I was going to fire off my remaining Mavs at Beslan and call it a day (if you didn't kill me) so I was planning on finishing up then anyway^^

In case you were wondering, that mystery kill I got turned out to be Molasses (he switched to Blue right after ejecting, so unfortunately the jet disappeared before impact and I got no credit). So I didn't finish the day with nothing.

MP Server sounds like its down. Update time? We'll see!

That is a possibility, but so far not a very strong possibility.

EDGE isnt just a terrain engine.

i actually run a 2 other PCs with no screens or KBs, just open a Remote Desktop window for each.

Thanks WC. On another note, I jumped into the 104th server and had DCS stopped working 3x. They had all the A/C available with 17 players. There where alot of connects/disconnects going on, which seems typical for that sever. I never have got to fly for very long in the 104th. So, thank you and Eno for all your hard work and effort you put into the Firehouse. Your like a drug that I have to have nightly or I get the sweats and start intching all over .

I took it down earlier so I could do a restart while the master server disconnect issue / 0 server on master list thing was going on... I had missions up and nobody joining for hours... wasn't sure if they were going to be able to join once things were back on track.

I'll check in on it.

As for the itching all over- I think they have a shampoo for that!

I got some info today from a guy who is with the 104th and he said that the FC3 a/c have multiplayer disconnect issues, and that's "why he is not flying DCS" until it's fixed. First I'd heard that. Sure backs up what I've seen in the very few F-15C missions I have.

I'm still under the weather plus Wednesday nights are work nights for me,,, when I put up Back To School a bit ago I got the itch real bad to fly Red. Some people are convincing me that I did indeed get the flu - had a flu shot a couple months ago, too. Today is Day #9 of feeling crummy.

Really hope to join in tomorrow for some flight time.
