I really appreciate all your effort dear Hpasp, I feel that you have a really Huge Docs. that may be your self, you haven't consult in integrality yet !
The links you blessed us with, has take from me all previous night, just one unique Link is like a big root of the tree .....

I caught from it these pics !


- I found button called "Pusk".

- as I can see, TEL Launchers configuration in panel is confirmed, (as I guess !)
we can see PU1, PU2, PU3 Lines, and green buttons numbers (1.2.3),

- another thing we can see, two lights arrows with dot : one horizontal and other vertical, due to there positions,
I think it indicate missile's canisters position, (or maybe erecting move !)

for the rest of Russian labels signification, no way to guess ... expert FCO's needed ! (I have just reported same Russian letters !)



- after many observe, I think that the four (4) red Buttons with the black switch select (1.2.3) and the yellow Buttons,
all these are for automatic up-rising and downing of the missile's canisters, with out crews intervention ??
( seems to be logic ! but may be totally false and need to be ...)

- SEALED remember me the sealed switch in volhov and in Dvina ! or may be it's just an .... Bubble Gum, because of that :

This is an S-300PM (SA-20A) system with 150km range.
The first picture shows what the fire control radar sees, and also the firing zone.
There is one target at 120km, and two missiles at 110/100km approaching.
At the second screen, you can see the target list (only firing channel 4 is used), with the target parameters.

The symbols on the third picture, are indicating the type of the missiles in the tubes.

(Did you ever launched a nuclear tipped missile, "Realistic to the Switch"?)

Having the option for the Fire Control Officer to select the warhead yield before launch (0,3t High Explosive, 2kt Nuclear, and 40kt Nuclear)...

The old computer was "40Y6" :
It was 3 Parallel computers, each one with 36-bit (32 data + 4 check bits), and 10Mhz.
and in addition of 2 computers with 24-bit bus width. All were 5 Computers !
Of the three main hosts were always at least 2 required.

The main memory weigh 240kg. (!)
100Kbyte Few realized with ferrite toroidal core memories.
Their technology was from the 50/60er years.

Communication with the computer: Translated with paper tape and printer paper. (25 Kg)

The most important device that communicated between the computer "40Y6" and the technician was the door
of the computer (Computer control and test panel), it contained some external switches and status indicators.
Inside, however, there were rows of miniature toggle switch to display the register contents one LED per bit.

For the modernized S-300, the old computer "40Y6" (10 Mhz) was replaced by the new computer "Elbrus-90 micro". (150/500 Mhz).

are for IFF own plane identification, to not be shut down accidentally by SAM systems .....
