Maybe you mean Arctan!
The calculation of the angle!

You can calculate any 'missing' data from the table (and obtain an 0.1 degree resolution data if desired) using: Arcsin(Height/Range) with both range and height in km. ----- Yes, but calculated data would be useful only for one moment since plane flies forward. To keep track on distance boresight you need to constantly update it by hand due lack of I87V, SR-71 range tracking speed differs from B-52. So how to guess how fast to move range boresight if target is unknown + jamming?

No - according to the table values it is arcsin - slant range and height. Arctan would give ~27 degrees in the first column where it gives ~33 degrees.
If you have a height and elevation this will give slant range, if you have height and elevation and require horizontal range then you need arctan, also for obtaining height from elevation angle and plotted range, or for elevation angle from height and range.
You can add missing data to an expanded table is what I suggest - you could get close enough by interpolation for the rest.

I understood clearly! And how to calculate for example if the target height of 100 meters at a distance of 20 km. If the formula? Dvina Stealth can intercept? How to intercept the SR-71 Dvina whether to use mode "DOGON". The purpose of the SR-71 is very high speed but still puts Interference, speed 950 m / sec.

That is practically 0 elevation - actual value is arcsin(0.1/20) or 0.285 degrees - which is probably at least partially masked by clutter.
Forget DOGON with a receding high-supersonic target - the missile doesn't have the capability to chase down the target, and must be fired in the frontal arc. None of the simulated systems including the SA5 can hit a receding SR71.

That is not to use mode "DOGON" against the SR-71!
Why would he then have the Dvina have?
And why is the Dvina mission to intercept the SR-71 then!
What about the interception of the Dvina Stealth!

SR71 flies high enough that remaining energy is not sufficient to close with the target from the rear. You can 'easily' place a missile ahead of the plane and allow the SR71 to fly into the intercept point however - the difference between being run over by the bus, or trying to catch up with it on foot... The Dvina has enough energy to catch a rear-quarter ground attack or bomber which is subsonic or just barely supersonic though, so the receding target fuse-delay optimisation is useful against these targets. Historically the SR71 wasn't hit by any of the weapons trained on it - I'm not sure how many were fired, as opposed to out-of-parameters and not launched, but there wasn't much that had a reasonably large window of opportunity during the cold war, and Dvina is one of the lower capability weapons - but it was the best that Vietnam had available... so it was the weapon of choice. With IADS, the Dvina should be capable of guiding a weapon to within fusing range on an F117, how well it will cope with also detecting the target in a complex environment and with little/no cueing I'm unsure, but it sounds tricky.

The question of what to do and then you can grab the SR-71 or not?
And it is when I shoot a rocket immediately puts the interference!
Why, then, "DOGON" in the Dvina!
And why then have a mission Dvina with SR-71?

Against a jamming target you need to initiate the engagement using T/T guidance. It is easier to engage a closing than receding target, and you should always try to engage using a battery nearest to the flightpath to minimise "Parameter" - if you never get a clean shot it might be that you are using the 'wrong' battery selected for the engagement.
Against slow targets which are close enough to the launcher it might be possible to engage after they have passed, or turned away, when you should select the K3/DOGON fuse setting, but the SR71 flies faster than the missile average speed so this is entirely inappropriate as an engagement method for this target - you will never close from the rear.
DOGON exists so that the fragments do not just pepper the tail of a target, but are fractionally delayed and strike the centre of a large bomber, damaging engines/fuel etc, there is a risk of reduced damage to a fighter sized target, but the debris cloud would still lie ahead of the aircraft and it would have to fly into/through it rather than away.
Frontal engagements using the proximity fuse detonate fractionally early, but the aircraft movement aids penetration of the debris cloud.
The Dvina was aimed at SR71 aircraft during the Vietnam war - but it had little effect - it exists as an exercise and a historical/technical note - it is possible to reach the altitude of the aircraft, so it can be shot down, but the required parameters are very precise for success, and they were not actually achieved in practice.

So you can not intercept the SR-71 Dvina! It's a pity! I thought possible! And one more thing then after the Dvina should be Shilka or Patriot! Happy New year 2012 at the Forum!

Checking, I have sources that indicate one SR71 was lightly damaged by a warhead exploding behind it (out of six fired by two complexes?), but the firing window confirmed as very small. However this hit did temporarily disrupt the flights of the type and changed employment.

I am interested in possibly bring down the SR-71 or not.
SR-71 can shoot down the Dvina it is real or not!

Yes I still have a question!
As the S-125 Neva intercept Stealth. I do not know how.
I can not because the goal was not just on the radar.
Volkhov turned out to intercept Stealth even KRUG worked and not Neva.
I just do not know!

-From soviet pvo report about airwar in libya 1986; -F-117 appears on Neva radar screen only for brief period, use P-15 radar to track its path.

The strange thing is that the S-125 Neva weaker Dvina!
Dvina 750 kW, Neva 150 kW!
Dvina can then intercept stealth, because the powerful Neva!
Dvina and Volkhov can not of SR-71 intercept?

Thanks for the link!
Volkhov could intercept SR-71, and no Dvina.

Yes it can and did, but not fully successfully.
Three SR71 missions were tracked/fired on during 1967/68 and one was hit by fragments from a detonation in the rear quarter. This damage caused a change in employment of these aircraft. That a 'near-miss' was recorded from 3 engagements suggests that Dvina can track and hit the SR71, but the hit probability and window of opportunity is very small due to the relative performance of the missile, the later Volhov has several improvements in missile technology and guidance/tracking modes that improve the chance.
The shot must be taken at extended range to avoid the steep energy burning climbing turn, it can easily be defeated by a change of intercept point by a target change of course, and missile manoeuvring potential at long range/high altitude is poor. There is zero chance of catching and shooting down a receding target - so once the 'early' aim point is passed the system cannot fire with any kill-chance.
You need to 'place' the missile ahead of the target and allow the target to intercept the missile, rather than the other way around... Volhov and Dvina are similar in their ability to achieve this.
