I'm just wondering since I'm thinking about bying one. Does it work well? Do I have to calibrate it myself or is it like MS FFB? What about the Force feedback? How well does it work with il-2?

Thanks in advance!

I can only talk about TM Afterburner I (without FFB), but I have to admit that I donīt want another joystick again. For me itīs perfect and especially the very good throttle control gives total control over the plane. I hardly use the keyboard when flying.

Looks excellent...about time someone produces a stick with Throttle and ForceFeedback, not just Feedback and a tiny throttle wheel.

I was looking at this one also. How does one use rudder on this stick? Swivel stick?

Ahhh... ok. I learned to read between that last post and this one...

"Twisting handle with locking mechanism"

Hi Thera,

there is a second (and better way) for the rudder: *copied* "Dual rudder: twisting handle and rocking button on throttle."

These two buttons (they are connected to each other, doesn`t know the english word for "Wippe") on the throttle work really good. It`s simply the best stick I ever had. (I have the one without FFB, `cause I don`t like it).

Got it, thanks. So it's a bit like the X45, with the rocker on the throttle.

Then it's a must get. I prefer FFB so that's the reason I'll buy FFB joystick

Isn't avalable here, yet.

I might well forget about the Cougar and buy this one...I love Force Feedback, but until now it was a PITA to have those FF Sticks with tiny throttle wheels.

This one seems to reach for a good compromise, including twist rudder and rocker switch.

Stuka, thanks for posting about this stick! I might go pick one up to try and replace my Saitek X-45 (nice controller but no force feedback and poor drivers).
