I tried the mp out and noticed that if you select to be a finn, your insignia isn't the one that finn's used in WW2. It should be a blue swastiska.
I assume that everybody knows the finnish swastiska...

Certainly not, as long as the sole purpose of the game isn't to kill (virtual) humans for the sake of it.

Just look at, for instance, Operation Flashpoint and Soldiers of Fortune. Both have lots of corpses and blood, but only SOF got banned, for its mindless killing action.

Blaze, did you ever notice that the German version of EAW has been censored?

Shouldn't have...! Since the Finnish Swastika didn't have anything to do with the nazis...

You gotta be kidding me. EAW censored in Germany? Boy, I thought the US were the leader in political correctness. What in the world can you cut out in EAW? The music was changed to Modern Talking?

Dont worry, Lentolaivue 34 members have already made beautiful 109-g2 skin with swastikas. This one is for llv34 use only, but i can persuade him to make anonymous g2 with swastikas..

I'm sure both the German and Finnish swastika will be one of the first add-ons we release.

It's unfortunate that laws in Europe ban something as non-nazi as the van Rosen swastika, but it's the fact of life that we have to cope with.

I'm sure that we'll be able to do it in such a manner that we'll override the default markings completely, so you won't see that rudder rhombus ever again if you don't want to.

And by the way, the Finnish markings you see ARE historical. Finland signed an armistice pact witht he Soviet Union in 1944 and entered the war against Germany. You're seeing their post-armistice markings in the game.
