One of the reasons,too, why it was soo cheap is that the workers in the german industry were slaves deported from their home from the whole Europe and ,worst,"under-slaves" coming from concentration and extermination camps and "lend" by the SS.And because the Germans have stolen everything worth for their industry in the occupied countries.
