Hi Greenie, Welcome to EAW and this forum. You'll find this forum's community very helpful and entertaining. There is much that you'll have to experience and no matter how long you stay with EAW you'll be continually be surprised by the game and the creativity of this forums membership. You can fly off-line and on-line with various squadrons if you like. There are hundreds of skins and 3dz models to download and yes there are greatly improved flight models. There are many new campaigns available so that you can fly during the 1939 Invasion of Poland, 1940 Battle of France, a new improved Battle of Britain, fly in the Pacific Air war, 1941-42 North African Desert Air War, 1942 Battle of Europe, a new improved 1943-45 Battle of Germany, '44 Normandy D-Day, '44 Battle of the Bulge and soon there will be the new release of the 1937-39 Spanish Civil Air War.

To get you started I might suggest you start with Max188's EAW Tutorial...

Next check out these sites for Patches, Utilities, Skins, Flight Models, Terrains, Skies, Special Effects and other stuff...

For various campaigns check out these sites...

Be sure that you review the 'readme' files that come with the above and if you're stump about something merely post at this forum to find out the answer.
