I have a GF4 TI4600, the wrapper works well except it does not allow the selection of 1024x768 in-game resolution and the gun site is blocked in the padlock view after a few switches between 2-D and padlock view. Tried ROTD1D wothout applying any fixes, mission 1 always lockup hard as soon as the bombers appear. It works fine with the retail RB3D version. Any idea?

I am running the ROTJD without problems on Windows 98.

You might try applying the fixes for the various planes.I think there are 4 of them.

I seem to be dropping to desktop as I finish each mission and try to move on to the next.

Anyone else seeing this?(I have my Desktop at 1024x768)

Additional test result ....

DON'T GET WOUNDED!!!!

The 'red' overlay that tells you you have taken a nasty hit drops the FR's into slideshow territory.

It looks as though the wrapper has 2 areas it struggles...

1) Transparencies on the cockpit view

2) Any 'transparent' overlay the game puts over the screen. This was noticable with the sun glare, and more so with the red screen

There is also a minor texture flicker effect when you view the plane from external on the ground ... you can see a few flickering polygons behind the plane. Don't really call that a problem though.

Running on a GF2MX ( old 32 Mb version ) under Win98SE.

This is about all I can find that doesn't work well

Athlon 64 3000 ( S939)
1024Mb DDR 400 (Don't leave home without it)
GeForce 6800GT
Abit AV8 Pro

Ja, I found that out!

Turning *OFF* clouds in your RB Prefs helps a bit.
