Well, that is about a 1000% improvement over the original Spitfire. The original looked like it was hewn from a brick of balsa wood and had it's paint job applied a la Jackson Pallack
It really is that good. Good luck in the future Mr. Pfarrer

Lanc, you (or anyone else!) have a good postable picture of Pfarrar's Spit? That is what is sorely missing, we never had some really good 'beauty shots'!

That's a weird second pic. Looks like the sun below the horizon but it's still visible. Unless that's and H-bomb explosion in the distance.

Hey Bill, Thanks for the press! I had no idea you were "evangelizing" over here on behalf of my Spit. At the risk of engaging in a little self-promotion, I'll try to post another shot or two. Thanks all! [This message has been edited by Pfarrer (edited 07-17-2002).]

Here's a weird one. Tried to capture at 32-bit and all the colours get screwed-up. For what it's worth:

So brothers and sisters,
let us now praise the Lord, for anointing brother Pfarre with his miraculous gifts, to enlight the pagans living overseas in the rural areas of the colonies in New England, about what is a truly faithful and godpleasant plane.
Is 41,30: ...but those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up WITH WINGS AS EAGLES...
All Blessings....

Vielen Dank, mein Schwarzwälder Bruder! I kinda like it too, Tom-eye. Thanks. Here’s another shot. BTW, this one’s composed (Ctrl Alt Y). I’m not that good that I can get a 109 topside in the cross-hairs at will. [This message has been edited by Pfarrer (edited 07-17-2002).]

Bill,
Sorry, never did see your post regarding pics. But I see the situation has been rectified. Yup, a real masterwork.

Savage, Pfarrer amended the download so that the tailwheel is skinned (instead of being all white). Rip down that download while you can ... If for some reason it isn't there or I'm wrong, you can fix by installing Pfarrer's Spit model over Hemingway's Mk Vb model. That I have as a download ... ------------------ Curator of the Vintage Mods website: http://flightsimmers.net/airbase/skycat/OriginalJanesPlanes.htm

Hey Skycat, Since the old site has but days left of its existence, please feel free to include the mod on your page, if you so desire. I just don't have room (5MB limit) to host it myself. Thanks.

I think she looks GREAT;just one thing i,ve noticed;the more deeper(black) panelline that runs over the length of the wings makes a 90degrees back on one wing and runs al the way up to the fuselage on the other? Is this suppoost to? ------------------ [This message has been edited by V.Roelofs (edited 07-18-2002).]
