No shock here. He was looking very bad in the last several videos he was in. It's too bad though. He made some great videos and always came across as both knowledgeable and humble. HIs videos didn't have much BS and got to the point.

He won't be making any more videos, but I'd still highly recommend anyone to go back and watch the old ones. His brother is also doing a decent job of continuing on.

I almost posted this myself, but it was too much of a sad note yesterday.

I've been a long time fan of Paul's show. And yes it was clear this was coming, but what can you do. Paul kept up the fight as long as he could and that is all any of us can do.
Paul will be missed by his many fans and family.

I had never heard of him but his video came up in my recommends yesterday. I saw what it was about, what he had, and I couldn't watch it. Too many bad memories of my own brothers battle with pancreatic cancer, my own cancer fight, my wifes and too many others to list.

But, just now, I made it through the video.... tough, real tough. Cancer is evil. Very sad.

What's especially scary are the cancers that have no lifestyle or environmental risk factors but arise due to inherited genetic mutations or what oncologists call "sporadic" genetic transcription errors that can occur during someone's lifetime. Those latter things are totally out of our control.
