The Mighty Eighth Redux doesn't really add much to what already existed, but the VR version is looking to be of much more interest. In this teaser video you don't see any B-17 interior, but I like the detail of driving to your aircraft.

They are rolling out the redux in phases - starting with the interiors and I think proper widescreen support? Later will come 3d mesh and texture updates for external models. This is "early access"

Bought it last night and got it all installed.

The 16:9 res is nice, and the menus, cockpit and B-17 interiors look a lot better!

The mouse and controls seem a bit sluggish, then jittery at times. Still doesn't support more than two multiple axis sticks plugged in at once however.

A work in progress for sure. smile But it's nice to see the ole gal get a good face lift!
