Thanks for the update. It looks fab.
Have you considered Patreon or similar. Maybe micro payments each month for update pictures, a dev diary and an insight into the historical research you do.
You could have it set at 2 pounds a month or something. Nothing too much, but a steady trickle of funds to keep helping.
Just a thought.
