There were numerous closing scenes in the Original series that were humorous, usually with some dialog between Kirk, Spock and McCoy.

There was also some unintentional comedy like his acting performance in "Turnabout Intruder".

When he passes, his ashes should be taken to the new NASA moon outpost https://www.nasa.gov/specials/artemis/ or on the space station. The first spacecraft carrying hoomans to Mars oughta be named the U.S.S. James T. Kirk.

S#*! my Dad says - One season and 18 episodes. (2010-2011) (The show was actually pretty good but the network got cold feet over the premise and cancelled.)
Boston Legal - Five seasons and 101 episodes (2004-2008)
A Twist in the tale - One season and 15 episodes (1999) (He was the Narrator/Story Teller character in each episode)
