Here's my humble effort...with a bit of editing applied to it...
Taken by my Observer during a Reccie over Lens, of course

First day off in 19 days! To relax I went back to flying an old "Dead is Dead" campaign starting from Sept 1915 on the German side. Realistic encounter settings, no labels. Finally, after 30 hours of flying time, I get my first encounter. Flying in a crappy little Fokker E I I get chased by a Nieuport back over my own home airfield. Outmatched in aircraft quality but at least well within my lines, I can't believe how the combat played out. This. This is why I love WOFF UE.
Believe this is my first encounter with an enemy Ace. Not sure who but the custom painted green Nieuport certainly stood out. Anyway, 2 N11s found my wingman and I in our trusty but old Eindeckers I's and we battled as best we could against them. Great fight against the setting sun over the water.
Anyone know who the Allied Ace in the green plane was?
Turns out he crashed but I just couldn't find the impact crater or wreckage.
I tell you that Lady Luck must be my Wingman. How long until I get a better plane? Even Lady Luck has to take a nap sometime and I fear I shall not survive it.
