Nice pics. This Sim is beautiful to fly, I often just marvel at the clouds, lighting effects etc. WWI ac are generally colorful with lots of different textures.

Thanks Adger, I built a new sys with WOFFUE in mind and its a real pleasure to fly. i especially like OBD emphasis on creating an historically immersive experience. I have been on SimHQ for ages, mostly lurking when i have time.

I remember using Sweet FX back then. Can you still use it with WOFF UE?

How!? I downloaded the pack on the Users Mod forum but it crashed WOFF. And it doesn’t actually say it’s for UE.

How did you get it to work?

Thanks.

Did you go to Sandbaggers page and get the JGSME version?
Always worked for me but I made customs changes to the .ini (?) file and just used Sharpening but yea - worked fine.
It will overwrite other mod(s) but text changes are easy to incorporate.
Think the “remove head bob” was one but my memory is poor.

Hi, the "SweetFX for WOFF 1-2-3 (Version 1.2)" over at the mods page crashes the game for me now too.

Used to work fine, but it's been ages since I've had the free time to play and just a few days ago when I fired up WOFF it kept crashing on the 'contact' screen. Through process of elimination I removed a few mods, and that was the culprit. Should have posted or PM'd someone but forgot, sorry -

Huh. It’s been a while since I used it but not that long I thought. Have to check it out.

Crashes for me, too. Have it deactivated in JGSME or whatever it is.

Representative pics below of the WOFFue effects pack, also Buckeye Bob's optional clouds pack, activated in WOFFue in WineSkin on a Mac. Pleased to report that the supported mods list has now been updated under the relevant post in the stickies section - all the ones listed there run great. And with AnKor's blue triangle elimination tweaks implemented (as also outlined in the WOFFue on a Mac post), framerate doesn't drop much below 16-17 fps even in the thick of the action.

Happy flying,
Von S smile2

~ For my various FM/AI/FPS/DM Mods. for First Eagles 2, WoFF, RoF & WoTR, and tips for FlightGear, recommended is to check over my CombatAce profile (https://combatace.com/profile/86760-vons/) and to click on the "About Me" tab while there. ~
