April 1917, Both Ketten from Jasta 30 chased 8 FE2bs over the lines. While recovering from a pass on one of these, I looked up and it appeared to be raining lattice tails. Five were going down simultaneously, either smoking or burning. Unfortunately I was only able to capture two of them from this angle.
The above was my first attempt at posting an image following the instructions given by carrick58 in the DID thread. Can someone give me advice on how to do a better job and post a larger picture that doesn't need to be clicked to expand it?

You can drag your shots into your folder (sign up using your email and create your password) then when your ready to add to this or any other forum, you click on the copy button ( 2nd from bottom BBCode message boards & forums) and RClick and paste here. Its really simple pal. Let us know how you get on

Thanks Adger. I will give it a try tomorrow or next day.

Okay so I'm flying in formation with my friends in Jasta 2 and I see some specs at my 7 o'clock. As we are still behind our lines, I break formation and go to investigate. Can't have any nasty Allied two seaters reporting back troop locations. Sure enough, flying straight towards me were a pair of recon aircraft, eager to get back to their side and tell their commanders of all they had seen. I have to say, the Gods of War with with me in my rather brazen attacks on them. Not long after, I rejoined my flight and we ran afoul of some Nieuports. One thing I have to say about OBD is they know how to make it feel like total chaos and desperation up in the sky. And one minute, all hell is breaking loose. The next, the skies are completely clear. I love this sim.
"The Fokker Scourge" must have been referring to what a damn nightmare it was trying to fly the plane! LOL. Jasta 5 pilot in a EII on 23 March 1916 just starts circling to land with my flight when we get jumped by a pair of Nieuports. Damn EII turns like a train and then can suddenly flip on you like a bird with only one wing if you aren't careful. It's all slow motion combat until things get real scary low to the ground. Much respect to the gentlemen who flew those birds for real!
Great to see you posting your vids again Hellshade. Great work bud

Wow, Aris...I really hope thats a screenshot from the previously unannounced WOFF UE II. LOL How do we get a filter that makes the sim look like that?!?
I noticed the two bullet holes visible on the side of the observers cockpit which he is slumped over. It really tells the story doesn't it!

Glad someone noticed the bullet holes There are plenty of holes can be seen actually inside the cockpits in all sorts of interesting places just not easy to see them with the darkened bloodstained view.
