Thinking about getting Battlefield 3. Couple of easy questions - if I include SHQ in my BF3 name should it go in front like: SHQ_Name? How many characters allowed in a name? Are spaces allowed? Wrecking Crew

You put it in the Clan Tag field in your profile instead. Three characters.

Hi WC, Don't include SHQ in your profile name, but optionally include it in the 'clan tag' (I feel 14 years old) wee box. It can take four letters but no spacs. There's general confusion around this due to EA's User Interface designer being a Meth Enthusiast, so it looks like this:   PS I know I am going to get a lot of requests for my graphics design skills doing those red arrows - my portfolio is still being compiled

BTW, 16 characters max in your screen name (I think you can change it later). No spaces or odd characters allowed. In the old Battlefield I had 21 characters in a screen name.
You unique account is tied to the email address that you provide when registering with Origin. It sure seems to me that you cannot have two legal copies of the BF3 game associated with a single email. I had to use a different email in order to successfully install and register my second copy of BF3.
