Well, the most correct approach - do not translate it. I.e., Call it
Ahdeen-Ess. To my knowledge, in most languages names are not translated and should be pronounced the way, they are pronounced in the name-bearer's native language. That includes company names as well.
But, there is one peculiarity.
English C and Russian C on the Russian QWERTY keyboard are on the same button. So, no matter if you type in Cyrillic, or Latin, you still get the same "1C". That is why, you can say "one-see" in English.
