They're already celebrating Cinco de Mayo this early in the morning?

It's the higher than average intelligence than most musicians. neaner

As an aside, I'm dying to know which brand of instrument Biff is playing in his shot, the shape looks very similar to a Ritter Bass, but not as radical..... plus the top looks fantastic!

Looking good there Cheapshot! smile

Ya, I like the looks of that bass. It is a Dean Rhapsody with a Bubinga Top. Deans are pretty inexpensive but have pretty good quality IMO. I also have a Dean Edge 5 string, but I don't play that unless I am doing some 311 or something.

I recently bought a Fender Jaguar Bass. It plays very similar to my Dean but has more sustain and a lot more tonal options. I love it.

What brand bass is yours? Warwick?

I would have never guessed that to be a Dean bass...it's curvy where most of their stuff tends to be pointy. I like it.

I'm a Warwick guy. My Thumb is my go-to bass, then I have a Corvette $$ 5string that's my number 2. The $$ is tonally much more versatile, but just doesn't quite get the Thumb sound I love so much.

I also have a few Ibanez SoundGears and an Aria Pro sitting around. I'm trying to dump my extra gear right now, as it's silly to have it sitting around gathering dust. Cabs, pedals, basses...doing nothing.

Yes, or at least I was until the recession hit the company I worked for at the end of March. I now fly some 135 trips for them as a contract pilot when they have the need for an extra driver. Do you fly 135 too?
