A nice utility that grew on me is TSDisp: http://sourceforge.net/projects/tsdisp It's currently at version 1.10 and it's a must for those that use TeamSpeak heavily. It displays in a little window in the game (very inobtrusive) who's currently speaking in the TS channel you're in.

Speaking about Team Speak, here there is a nice utility for seeing who is speaking and who enters or exits from the channel/server, and displays his name INDIDE THE GAME SCREEN while playing. Still alpha, and works better with D3D games, but is a nice idea. Works with FB.
