So far it has a commercial area, residential areas, a stadium and zoning for the commercial harbor. It'll also have a marina and I'm going to add a bridge to connect the two sides of the connercial area. Consider this a sneak-peak. I'll work on it more after my hiatus is over...2-3 weeks from now.
