First of all thanks to the community for all the work you've done on SP3 , TSH and Superpro 9!

Right now I'm dl'ing SP 9 and for the life of me I can't figure out those install instructions i.e.

1. Change USAF to USAF2 - no problem

2. copy the terrain & sound files from your existing USAF into Super Pro -

Where are the terrain files in USAF2? I can't find a subfolder named "terrain"

3.Copy the content's from the SP SoundFiles folder into the SoundFiles folder -

What the heck does that mean? It sounds like I'm supposed to copy the sound files from SP back to USAF2 which still contains the orig sound files???

I sure hope the program was written by a different person than the one who wrote the install instuctions! LOL

Help please, before I f__k it up and have to spend hours figuring out what to do.

Is there anything else I'll need to dl to fly ty Superpro 9?

Thanks very much in advance.

Check 6

P4, 1.7, 512meg, GForce 3 64DDR, 21",
lousy stinkin rural dial up (otherwise I'd fly online)

Thanks Laketrout. I plan on dl'ing your missions after I install SP9. But I still don't get the instructions and I don't run ICQ any more.

Can you maybe direct me to a better set of instructions, or explain them a bit better for me?

Thanks again for your help

sir
YOU MUST HAVE 1 COPY OF USAF IN YOUR PROGRAM FILES FOR THE SP9 TO WORK

Go into your H.D. C:Programs/Janescombatsimulation/usaf change the name to C :programs/janescombatsimulations/usaf 2. Install SP, it will make it's own folder. Copy and paste your terrain files, from your usaf 2 ( CAN BE FOUND IN YOUR RESOURCE FOLDER )to your SP Terrain folder Copy the sound files from C;/programs/janescombatsimulation/usaf 2/resourses/soundfiles into your SP sound files folder take the new SP sound files copy them and paste them, into the same folder

Then you can go into your HD and find your USAF icon in your SP usaf folder, send a shortcut to your desktop, rename it Super Pro 9.

Thanks Laketrout. That more fully explains the install. I try it out tonight and let you know how I do.
