If they are at E3 they are keeping a mighty low profile. I have Gamespot Complete and I searched their E3 news page for anything on KOE... nothing.

I'll believe this sim exists when I see it in the shops!
BTW -as to the title - I know you can get Knight to E3. In a chess game!
