@Albert yep I agree with you 100% regarding the claims it can be a bit annoying but like you I like the uncertainty and the anticipation of a claim being accepted (or denied), and when it is accepted a fist pump and a smile always follows mate.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
