This list (in fact, it is the list of the different versions made by Dassault) comes from the book "Mirage III/5/50" written by A. Pelletier, published by E.P.A. in 1982.

Also, this list does not include Mirage made elsewhere than in Dassault factories and the Mirage sold by a country to another one (this is how Egypt bought some Mirage, for example).

So, this list is not totally complete.

But this is all I have !!! Now, if someone can give more infos... welcome !!!

You might add to that Gaston, that Pakistan bought up Australia's Mirage IIIO inventory. Also, Argentina recieved 12 Mirage IIIEV during the Falklands War as well as operated Neshers. Chile not only operates Mirage IIIs, but also has about 12 upgraded Pantera variants ( Upgraded with Israeli help ). Ditto South Africa with it's Cheetah upgrade of the Mirage IIIBZ/EZ...

All Pakistani Mirages(III & V) went through ROSE (Retrofit of Strike Element) upgrade in 1999-2000. The upgrade greatly enhanced strike capability of the aircraft. A new radar "Grifo-M" was also installed as part of the upgrade. Grifo-M is just as good as AGP-88 radar installed on F-16s.

As I said, this is an old list (1982), and it includes only planes made by the manufacturer, not other adaptations, like Nesher or Pantera for example.

But it gives kind of clues !!!

Chile also uses Elkan, a model based on Belgian Mirsip birds...
