I know we have the XM1 for the H-13; which for some reason don't show...
But shouldn't we have something in the 30 & 50 cal range for use on our WW2 and Korea planes? (ie: the Texan?)

Just something rattling in me brain...

btw: edited the XM1 with the weaps editor...still won't show on Texan or Souix. Changed attachments to include USAF, but nada!

Hi Wrench,

I belive the xm1/ 2 pods are for capun's Bell 47 helo. The pods are some kind of plank-shaped base with a gun mounted on it - depending on what aircraft you tried to use it the weapon itself sticks up into the model.

Looks like it's time to mod one of the existing ones...maybe that little SUU something-or-another with the LMG in it....
Have to copy/rename/fiddle with the weapons editor.
Heck, late war SBD's had a twin 50 under wing pod. Bee nice to add to the Nam SPAD (have pic of that on a Squad/Sig 'Airwar Vietnam' book) and for other COIN birds

Something else to keep me busy over the weekend...
now if I could just get the damn decals to work on the AD-4.....

A-1's in SEA used the SUU-11B/A pod.....M134 minigun with 1500 rounds. This pod is already in the weaponpack. A-1's commonly carried it on the left inboard wing pylon.
