I am simply asking to see if the game sees it and the like. No wierd issues like the Cougar all of a sudden disappearing and you losing complete control.

Those that have the Cougar, are you just using the Windows mode (DX mode) or have you created your own files?

Before I buy I'd like to know if I can expect issues with my HOTAS. Thanks in advance.

I'm running a kitty with XP pro and never had a hicup.

I made up a Macro file as soon as I got my wally world copy and have been fooling with the joystick file every since.

No problems here -- except still fidlling to get zoom in/out ANT workin properly, but that's my fault.

Running XP here as well, and no problems at all with my Cougar. For SF I am currently using all DX buttons with Hat1 set to the Number Pad for snap views.
Works great for now, but I am anxious to see Lobo's profile with trim.
