A new version of the Scorched Earth Online War system (SEOW) for the IL-2 series of simulations has been released. This version supports all new "1946" aircraft and ground units. Features offered by SEOW now include:

*) Twenty-four different maps, from Europe to Mediterranean to Pacific to mainland Asia. New maps supported include Imphal (Burma), Marianas and Khalkhin Gol.
*) Full command over all ground, sea and air units, including taskforce management on land and at sea.
*) Full integrated support for V1 rocket, Ohka and Mistel operations.
*) Direct linkage between factory production and in-game reinforcements, right down to the individual factory level.
*) Dynamic environmental effects, including explicit in-game bridge/factory/fueldump/urban destruction and repair.
*) Automated skin support for aircraft flights.
*) Pilot loss and interrogations.
*) Airbase capture, glider operations, freight, beach landings, night missions, escorts, recon, carrier operations etc.
*) Unprecedented post-mission analysis and statistics tools.

Wow, sounds fantastic. I've been meaning to get into this for ages, being somewhat unsatisfied with other campaign options.

Maybe once I get on top of my other IL-2 projects...

I hope Oleg is taking note of how you chaps do things.

nothing beats seow for campaign management model - if i were oleg (lol) i would definitively cooperate with 4shades and his team and try to incorporate this into BoB.....
