zone problem with cable , got any ideas

iam have a problem when ever i host a game online at the zone. its seems when ever i host i cant hear , feel my self being shot ,until engin dies, this happen about everytime. i got cable modem (road runner) with 900 mhz, 320 ram, v5 , could this be a lag problem. this only happen when i host, but if somone else hosts i have no problem. does anyone have this problem or is there somthing i can do with EAW file, maybe my connection fix?

S! Me262U1! Yeah it isn't your problem, it's the zone... I got a cable modem, too, and I have a P III 700Mhz computer, and on kali there is no lag at all on the same connection. It's all the zone's fault... I got that one time, too... I couldn't hear/see/feel the hits on my airframe, and then all of a sudden I have lost my wing  ------------------ Happy hunting from all of us here at No457 Squadron vRAAF!

S!ME, I have the same problem, which is why I don't host much. If I do host I pretty much fly looking bassackwards. Not really sure what the cause is. See you up there. Reese

I'd try loading the zone software again, and ask for Tech support from the zone.

MORNING X! lol iam uplate so when you see this x GOOD MORNING ! . when ever i get up i'll try chatting with the zone techs at the zone, but since they no longer support EAW they might say SORRY CANT HELP YEAH !

also i live in the out skurts of city here kansas city missouri so there is a lot of traffic so that might have to do with some of it.

i used to have the same prob with cfs1 (come on now ,we have all played it , right lol?), no sounds till i got blatted then all was ok, wierd?
