Hi,

No death penalty in force in Austria (No in any EU countries BTW)
So .. he will stay in jail to end of life .. maybe... (and sure not in a black hole!)

The best punishment is a bullet in the head. Why spend a single cent on this guy? There's no fixing this kind of person. There's no point in studying him to learn anything worthwhile.

Take the money that would've been spent keeping him imprisoned and use it to fund therapy and counseling for his victims.

eh? i'm sure that there's a bunch of lab monkeys/cats/dogs/guinea pigs in pharmaceutical or cosmetics labs that would disagree ;).
