Just read Lonny007's post about wayward Mosquitos and not wanting to hijack his thread.
I'm posting this here.......

Something that has always 'bugged' me with Emil's 9thUSAAF/2ndTAF Campaign play is this.
Whenever, I get a 'bombing target mission' assignment.
My fighter/bomber group is assigned two fighter group escorts.
One stays with my fighter/bomber group and does it's assigned task.
While the other heads aimlessly northward at low level in complete disregard of their assigned
mission. ei: Follow my fighter/bomber group and render fighter protection on approach
to the target area.....

Hopefully, the Code Breaker group can find a fix for this....

Hi Wudy,
Thanks for the intel. mate....
I've got my EAW Control 2000 'Extra Squadrons' set at level three.
So, on 'Bombing' and 'Interdiction Missions' my group shows up over the target with
two units of 28 A/Cs being met by three Luftwaffe units of 48 E/As.
Since 12 of my A/Cs are concentrating on the mission objective.
That leaves only 16 to deal with the immediate threat.
The result usually isn't very pretty.....

David
