Just had a CTD during the Yankee Station mission. Took off from the Oriskany and went feet dry no problem...rolled in on the target and started taking some light AAA. Missed with rockets on the first strike and began to roll out for a second run...after over flying the target, those guns just opened up and I could see the tracers snaking towards me...very impressive and nerve racking! I lined up on the primary target and boom...got him...on my way back to the carrier a SAM launched at me...the RWR wouldn't shut up. I eventually made it out to sea and the SAM seemed to still be tracking, as the RWR was still chriping...then I suddenly had the CTD. Very upsetting after a successful mission. I was looking forward to making my first successful carrier trap...

I have 1-90 too. I don't know where I went wrong. I mean I can fly missions that have the USS Midway deck crew and all. Its just the Oriskany missions I get ctd after loading screen reaches 100%. I looked in the groundobjects folder and the CVA-34L and CVA-34R are in there?

Did you put the "Briefings" JPEGS into the Missions folder? Along with the missions.

Ehh that probably wouldn't do anything to it--guess you'll have to talk to 05.

I sent you a couple pm's and emails...I think the carrier you sent me was corrupted. Maybe its the miss spelling of a lod file? If someone can post what they have in their copy of the CVA-34L and CVA-34R that would be great. Thank you

I cannot imagine any of our customers doing that but one might not think while acting in kindness and damage YAP in the process. Since 100 of them saw that refueling video before Christmas and nobody leaked it, YAP customers are a pretty safe bet.

Problem solved. For those of you who comes across this driver issue in the future. Just reboot into safe mode and login as administrator to do your driver uninstall/installs. Thats it.
