OK.. so I decided to take the plunge and download BoB: WOV.. the first time I have ever downloaded software.

Now I go to install it and I get told it needs an order number that was supplied when I purchased it.

Nope.

Then it said I would receive an order number by e-mail.

Nope again.

So I try to set up an account at the shockwave forums to look for help but apparently that ain't gonna happen until someone decides if they want me for a member there.

Any ideas on where I might go to fine the elusive "Order Number"?

after purchase i received an email with my order number and the link to download the file. you should have received an email also.

See... that's why I wrote...



because I never received an e-mail... just went straight to the download site.

I am beginning to fear I may have just made a 20 buck donation...

no, you won't lose your money. did you contact them by email? support@shockwaveproductions.com

they will help you but it is the weekend so it might be a few days before you hear from them.

Yup... tried that but no response.

I guess I will just have to sit tight and wait.

Might as well have waited until Monday and got it from the store.

JCC - you should have gotten an order number immediately after the purchase, and then a backup one via email. I looked through the support cue and it's all caught up so I am not sure what the issue is.

Without broadcasting personal information, just tell me here the day and the user ID you used in our store and I'll get the order info and PM you here.
