As in its going to another channel?

They'd better not be cancelling it.

Reading the comments around the Net, I am not surprised that so many people make the mistake of thinking this episode (and BSG in general) is an allegory of the Iraq war. Moore has said that while there are elements of the current war throughout the show, that it is about the wide spectrum of how people justify their actions in war.

Both the humans and the cylons act the part of the spiritual bad guys/good guys who think they must --at different times of their rage-- wipe out the other... or allow the other to live on without interference. They also both have almost wiped out the other at some point, and will probably trade places again.

You take from this show whatever you bring with you... just like that cave in Empire.

So, I tried to watch it when I came home but, I was way too drunk. I woke up this morning and started surfing around and found some reviews. All have been positive. One read:

"Oh my god, that was the greatest episode of any TV show ever"

And you bet your a$$ BSG is using art to immitate life. Hiding weapons in holy places, using remote controlled IEDs... right out of the front pages but at the same time he is clearly trying to tell his own story, not rag on current events. The pre-text for the war is BSG is obviously slightly different than the one in the newspapers.

Hope I did not stray to far into the dreaded WCE zone \:\)
