So, when do you guys want to set up a multiplayer game of Empire at War? I've been trying it out in the game's internal matchmaking server, and I'm getting some good sessions in. Though I don't understand why they've got a full forty-three planet multiplayer campaign available--how could two people get through it?

I don't know either! Panzer and I play either space or land maps vs AI. Sometimes they can be real TOUGH.

There are smaller campaigns, of course. And if you auto-resolve every battle, doing the Grand Campaign online shouldn't take an incredible amount of time...

I think 7 may be too early for Jedi but I'll let him respond just in case. Actually 8 should be fine. We can get 1 or 2 games in by 9. I guess I'll host the game since I have a pretty good upload (768k). I look forward to playing. It should be fun.
