ok...i'm starting over from scratch. I've finnished the main quest, and a hell of a lot of others in the process of building up my character. unfortunately, I jumped blindly into the mod scene, and DL a bunch of stuff about half way through my game, not knowing that some of the stuff would require a complete restart to take effect.

so, anyone have good sugestions for mods that I need to load before I start my new game? about the only gameplay mod I've tried was OOO...but some say there are better ones.

oh, and is there something for making my player level faster? i remember one of the big gripes was that you leveled too fast...but I've completed a LOT of the game, and I'm only level 26; pretty much concentrating on my major skills. or will some of these gameplay mods fix that?

help me come to a decision here folks--

i will be building a new system end of the year/start of 2007, and i cannot decide whether to start a new game of oblivion now or wait until then. what will determine my choice is whether i can simply save my game save to a dvd or as an email attachment and paste it into my profile (or whatever) folder w/in the oblivion folder on my new system once i have it.

if i cannot do this, i won't bother to begin a new game, since i don't wanna lose 5 or 6 months of character building.

with the pace of mods and the possibility of a new patch or two, i suspect there well may be incompatibility issues.

what do you all think?
