CoD2 I would get on PC if I cared (which I don't, not anymore). GR3 is supposed to be on PC, if I get it. Since Ubi has been doing its best to destroy the franchises Red Storm created, I don't know if I will yet or not.

The only game I'll miss out on by staying "PC" is PGR3! That game coupled with a real force feed back wheel will be hard to beat.

Actually Jedi, CoD2 and probably others are being optimized for the X360 first before the PC versions. CoD2 seems to have majority of PC users using DX7 mode rather DX9c mode.

I played the CoD2 demo with full detail, AFAIK. It ran fine, it's just too heavily scripted for me.

PGR3 looks awesome, yes, I grant that. I just tend to stick to racing games that model actual racing series, not street stuff.
