I have SP3 and it seems to be working ok, but the graphics are questionable. All the screenshots I have seen are just remarkably beautiful, and although the majority of what I see in the game looks good, a few things make me wonder if something isn't working properly. Here are a few of the things I have noticed...

1. When zoomed in a bit on my falcon, the graphics are not sharp at all and are rather pixelated.

2. The pilot, after ejection, really looks bad...a few steps up from a stick figure...

3. The other day i was playing instant action and I locked onto some type of bomber and got a close look at it...it looked like a Beagle, but it looked REALLY bad...I'm running the game in high-res...1024, but this thing looked pathetic...like a 640x480 or worse...

Does it sound like something is wrong?

I have an AMD Athlon XP 2400+ (2.0ghz) with 512mb of DDR SDRAM and a nvidia Geforce4 with 64mb of DDR SDRAM...

Any tips, or any confirmation of normalcy would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

This is all normal. Get Free Falcon for newer models and 512 textures. You can get new F-16 model by it's self: F-16CG_&_CJ_package.

Free Falcon also adds more objects & new airbases.

For even better looks, and to use really nice cockpits, run 1600 X 1200 res if possible.
