I was under the impression that this is the x-box game. Has anyone received this title after ordering from there. If they have then I will.

All I know is that I have ordered the PC version from Electronics Boutigue. Their webpage no longer says "preorder" but rather "usually ships in 24 hours."

I went to EB today and they only have the XBOX version... Houston, Texas here.

Same here in Rhode Island. The XBox version was available (I got it), but the clerk said the PC version would be another 3 to 5 days coming.

I stopped in at EB today too, and inquired about Wings of Wire's availability here in Missouri.

They said the PC version was out, but that they didn't have any copies yet.

No more information here than what's already been available on the "unofficial" Czech site (in fact a bit less at the moment, and perhaps primarily for Xbox players).

Thanks FlyXwire, at least that site has the real names of the planes too in the Hangar bit. Some interesting comments about my favourite the BrisFit although I am note sure about the triplane Nieup ??? and they have the wrong picture for the Dolphine.

You're right about the Dolphin mistake Polovski, they're pictured the S.E.5 instead, and they've got the Nieuport experimental triplane pictured for the N17.

The unofficial site now has an active Hangar section too, which has nicer artwork that you can click on for closeup viewing, and more complete descriptions of the featured planes.

I think we may be seeing the two seperate platform websites for the game (Xbox vs. PC).

Hopefully the forum on the unofficial site will go online soon so we can make suggestions for improving this already stunning looking game!
