Please be patient, a lot of work goes into making a top notch flight sim. We have a solid year of development still ahead of us and haven’t made final decisions on how or when beta testing will go forward.

I am currently working on ROTJ III, which will have revolutionary (for RB) new aircraft of high detail. Below is the new Mercedes Engine.



Granted, RB can never attain the quality of your models, but I can get very close.

My quandry is this:

I don't expect ROTJ to be done before KOE gets released. So, I can continue on ROTJ, only to have it overshadowed by KOE's release, or I can help KOE by working on skins, models, data, or various other things.

If I make some money along the way, that's great too!

My latest set of models are averaging 70 FPS, which is a far cry from the FPS hogs I used to build.

RB is very sensitive to polycount & facecount, and my problem in the past was that I associated realistic looks with polys, now I let the bitmap do the work.
